In 1974, located in the heart of Bridgehampton, NY, in its own barn setting, Diana Brennan opened up Brennan's Bit and Bridle. The legacy continued with sisters Anne and Emily Aspinalll who handed the reins over in 2007 to today's owner, Natalie Mattson.

For 50 years, Brennan's has been essential for the legends, leaders and locals- both horse and rider. The warm rustic ambiance has been with the shop since the beginning and holds many memories for riders, trainers and horse lovers from Long Island and beyond.

Today, the love and knowledge for horse and rider continues to show throughout the shop. Understanding this relationship is most important - Brennan's focus is always providing a quality and correct fit for both. Long time saddlers, Lucy Batchelor and David Boot, have helped fit saddles for many, while Natalie and her team help with aspects of the horse world.

This spring, Spring of 2024, will mark the half century Brennan's has been serving its community. The commitment to create loving relationships throughout the equine community continues, making Brennan's Bit and Bridle the most respected, sought after and loved tack shop on the East End.
